"Mr. Hitchon has been a faculty member in electrical engineering at Wisconsin for 22 years, but he's been starring in motion pictures for far longer. ... The British expatriate was chosen in 1964 along with 14 other children to appear in the television documentary Seven Up. Citing the Jesuit maxim 'Give me a child until he is 7, and I will give you the man,' the film attempted to offer a predictive glimpse of England's adults in the year 2000. ...
